These Terms govern your use of AssignPad (the “Service”), provided by Reckon Infotech. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at the pricing shown in the app (currently US$1 per user per month, subject to change). Fees are billed for the agreed period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the data and content you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the legality of content you store.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable period.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reckon Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction at our place of business.
